Datnoids appeal?

What do you like about knife fish

People like different things if we all liked the same it would be a very boring hobby as if you had seen one 100g you would have seen them all if they was stocked the same

^ my uncle ate a datnoid in vietnam, i showed him a pic of my fish tank and he was like wooooah i ate that back in the day lol he said it resembled yellow perch around here so it must be tasty

All predators are good eats, its the herbivores that's usually taste crappy

I like how they swim backwards and the undulating fins when they swim and how they love handfeeding and thier friendlieness

Well datnoids do flips while theyre eating BOOM haha ive never liked clown knives or any knife like that, but P. Afer (arowanna knife) is one hell of a fish and most other knives shaped like it. Tiger knives, dragon knives, aba aba etc
