did i read that right??? did you just typed... "...were the pair that spawned on me"? WOW heres for you :clap :clap :clap i never heard anyone who has had a datnoid spawn... your the GURU of datnoid world!!! :headbang2 how did you do that? how do they spawn? and how big were they? :screwy:

Actually, no I'm not. The other fish in the tank ate most of the eggs, and then I lost the rest of them during a transfer. :( The dats were not very big at all when it happened, about 8-9" or so... round bright red/orange color, they looked kind of like salmon eggs?).

I actually forgot to post the pics of the indo in my last post, here are the two. :)

were you able to distinguish how to see if they are male or female? thats amazing! now you know... it's time for a breeder tank... kinda big for them to reproduce! congrats! next one would be great.. you need to post it next time so as we at MFK could learn more on dats! :headbang2 your title is the Guro of Datnoids! :clap
