DE in my aro:(

about a month ago i found a bruise spot on my silver. it went away and came back again. i think someone in my tank spooked him and he hit his head. he now has drop eye on the left eye but its not that bad. lol he is a BEAST and hes my favorite because i raised him from 2.5"
 
I've heard if you drop a ping pong ball in the tank it could cure DE, cause the aro would be looking at it and could get the eye back into place, but still it what i heard...
 
Seems to me the aro would quickly loose interest in the ping pong ball and pay no attention to it. Or worse a large aro may try to eat the ping pong ball.
 
My silver aro developed it at 9inches.... almost inevitable.

yea... not a good idea.
 
yeah that would be funny if the aro ate the ping pong ball. my aro got it from head trama, if he wasnt so skittish sometimes he would be fine
