If your saying that Killer Whales have killed people like in that Sea World incodent I believe it was because of how stressed they get in captivity, every time they get fed their food is packed with anti-depressents and other medications to help deal with all the ulcers and stress from living in those conditions

yea I know its not a fair comparison I just wanted to post something flippant. I also believe every dolphin attack that happens is in captivity also.
 
I have never heard once of a dolphin attacking a human except from that video on youtube where it wasnt "attacking" the woman as much as loving her lol

There have been a fair amount, search for dolphin aggression.
One theory since most of the attacks have been on women, is that women release hormones prior to menstruation that aggravates the dolphins(This is actual aggression not humping). I believe most places say you swim with the dolphins at your own risk because they don't want to be sued should a attack occur.

Although I don't think they have attacked people in the wild, they do have a mean streak sometimes too killing other dolphins or porpoises.

I kinda don't know where this talk about a few small islands of people became a talk about the whole cetacean meat industry.
