. Did you check for a leak and did the shipper even bother double bagging it. People need to be more careful when shipping fish so stuff like this doesnt happen. Always double bag.

Well, I am sure the shipper will take care of the problem. That is the way it works. Shipper ships the fish and has responsibility until delivery. Dead fish = SHIPPER'S fault and liability. I am sure the shipper understands and is working to contact you to work out a solution....

I mean, it's not like the fish made it to the destination with even a remote chance of survival. No water = dead fish = shipper's responsibility.

wow sorry to see that .Ive a a few fh that arrived doa - from what i understand thier dorsal fin is very sharp and often can punture the bag.One guy Ive bought fh from has a really good way of preventing 'bag busting' he uses duct tape instead of newspaper between bags ,it helps to seal off any leak.
