Hi one of my rays is gone and 2 are not eating. Parasites?

Looks like ammonia burn, I would likely guess it's your water params. Do a big water changes with prime

NO2 O nothing
N03 is 40-50
PH 6.9
Temp 86F

Tank mates: 2 rays female mature like the male that is gone.
Tank size 400gallon

I do abut 1-2 WC on week about 20-25% filter is good. Captive and I have this 3 rays about 3 years.
N03 are little higher I have feed lot of food "pellets" traying to breed them.
