all the crap trapped by the filter will start to decay if you don't clean it out regularly (up to 2x a week for some people's tanks)
 
You really need to read up more on SW filtration & how LR works.
 
All posts are good advice on here from what I have read.

Also, in terms of seeding, I wouldn't go more than a 60LR/40 Dead rock split, which when adding the totals given isn't the case and you are running more the reverse of such, unless you plan on waiting for your dead to turn alive before adding fish, which could take a considerable amount of time, aside from the fact that for that tank, you should have more rock than that.
