Hey RTF.. I have a butterfly knife but can only do the basic flipping it open.. How do you get nasty skills like that chick.. I mean I could practice but I don't know what I would be practicing... Is there any "beginners guide to butterfly knifing" ?

I actually played with it for an entire summer back when i was in high school and i invented some flipping techniques. I eventually bought a book from Jeff Imada but i never used it.. Its a good book though. Then many years later, i found this website on the web. Burly white dude that flips em like crazy..

soft turtle, real folks who know how to use knives DO NOT pull those fancy techniques in combat situation. The most important thing is to be able to have the knife open and in your hand the fastest way possible . That guy was a showboating noob that had it coming.

I agree in a way ,,, a "pussy" is a guy who pulls out a weapon in a fist fight.
But if its not a fist fight, you need all the edge you can get. And the world
we live in nowadays, we're filled with "thugs" and 10 kids who will gang up on you.

Yeah , those days are long gone now. I had a friend that was jumped by 15 kids and he was in a coma for a few days. I dont think bruce lee or Royce Gracie or even tank abbot would stand a chance with 15 thuglets .
