deadly decision?

All depends on the personality of the fish. I have a Jag, an Oscar, and a Loisellei in my tank and they get along just fine. The Oscar actually picks on the Jag. The Loisellei keeps the Jag in check.

Alright alot to think about but one thing is for sure that common pleco I have is def. gone kuz I have an alge scrubber an it only take a few minutes to clean the glass so I ok will him gone, So I'm thinkin Jag an Amarillo instead of the texas but a Jag is a def. Might end up being Just a Jag man I need that 265 gallon anyone have one to spare....lol

Well I just called my lfs an they said they would accept all my fish 3 geo's 2 sev's an a black fin shark an pleco, but they dont have any jaguar cichlids so I guess i will have to wait until they get one....or try to order one.....

Did some looking around I found a new lfs that is going to be my new primary place of buisness,
ExoticAquatics there guna take in all my fish an they have some peacock bass an jaguar cichlds availible!
I might end up doing something stupid!

picked up 2 Peacock bass (occelaris)......they had a 7-8 jaguar for 30 bucks but I like to raise the fish I own so I didnt go that route

Please take the peacock bass back... They will grow about 2 feet long. The longest they would fit in that tank would be about a year just because they need ample swimming space. They like to chase and swim really fast.

Yea an I'm going to have a 180 in 6 months. Relax........

What size tank do you have your peacocks in?
