deal on a 120gal

I picked it up, man that thing is not light. The pump is a rio 2100 (692 gph) I"ve got a 3/4" hole drilled in the tank that is sealed it's 5" down from the top can I use this for the W/D as the return or to supply the filter? I'm figuring out how this thing goes together. Thanks for the help.

Since the 3/4" drilled hole is 5 inches from the top, i would use that as your water return. I'm also using a rio for my 120 gal. and it works perfect for my tank set up! But for you it also depends on how far you are planning to pump the water to... like how high will your return nozzle be, from your pump in your wet and dry.

As for the green paint... i think that you can also use acetone or nail polish remover to remove the paint. Hope this helps!

Thanks twk that helps alot because it's sealed with a chunk of glass that looks like crap. I think I'll have to get some fittings to do it but I'm glad I can use it. I'm lookin at it do I need a valve to control the water flow comming from the tank to the W/D otherwise I can see the sump overflowing Thanks all
