They had a couple that cought my eye, especially a 210 gallon Oceanic 72x24. The tank has two built in overflo's and is already drilled. It comes with a 140 gallon sump, and a 1200 gph pump. The sticker on this bad boy was 1299.

Pictures of similar sized tanks and setups would be great too

Get the 210.

Otherwise you'll always wonder what it would be like, and probably end up getting it sooner or later. I think I've honestly had almost every (standard) size in between a 10 and 210, and them some (including a 90 and 150 as you mentioned). I could have saved a bundle in upgrades, if I knew then what I know now...

Here's my 210 setup/build thread

I'd get it.

Standard 210 is I think 6x2x2.5 or something like that, might be 28" high rather than 30" but I'm almost sure the 210's footprint is 6x2. If you really want an aro you'll want wider and probably longer, say 8x3. I think that's a pretty good price for a new tank & sump, but depending on where you are you can probably get a used bigger tank for the same price (maybe even with a stand) and get that aro you want.

Well, I went back to look today and the 210 is 6x2. I got the store manager to give me a quote for everything he said 1999 which includes the tank, stand, sump, pump, top, lights, hood, chemicals i.e. prime etc..., rock and sand we guestimated 100 lbs a piece for both of these, and decor which will be live prob amazon swords and some other hardy plants any suggestions??? So, I could put everything I mentioned in my stock list in there besides the aro huh? Man that sucks that's one fish I'd love to have. I'd go a little bigger but the next size tank they have there is 574 gallons and its a little outta my range.:drool::drool:

I will after the 29th. I have to pay rent 525, cable/dsl 50, electricity 45, water 15, cell phone 70, and valentines day hit me for 350. It won't happen until next month at the earliest. I'm thinking of going in there tomorrow though and putting 200 dollars down on it and putting it on lay-a-way.

Well the LFS is selling one of their display tanks. It is a 185 hex. Dont know the dimensions other than its a 6 footer. Only 150 bucks just for the tank w/ overflo. I am possibly thinking of grabbing this tank just for the price. I'd have to buy a stand, top, and a sump but would be saving so much money it would def. be worth it. Only prob is the tank was used for SW. How would I go about cleaning it to make sure all the SW traces are gone?
