dealing with turtles

turtles will eat every minnow you have and then some if you fish in the same spot..there not dumb, where there is food , they will be

I went out today with a borrowed camera so of course he didnt show up. I'm sure he'll be there as soon as I go back w/o it. Here are some pics to show why I want him gone though....


This spot is really active. If something touches the water the fish are on it.

Moving him to a nearby pond won't do any good- he'll come right back. If he's lurking in the same spot most of the time, just find another spot to fish from.

Thats the problem, I cant. This is the only spot on this pond that isnt a wall of trees or someones yard. Also he doesn't just hang out there he shows up up shortly after I start fishing. I sometimes hear loud splahes across the pond a minute or so before I see him, as though hes just noticed me and dropped in to swim across.
