this seems to be a common occurrence for The Trust.

i was told by jed that when he pulled it out it was bleeding from its mouth... imo its something enternal

was this a fish from china town?

essentially EVERYTHING is eternal.

****, if you actually cook your fish and dont eat it raw like sushi you shouldnt have a problem. i dont see any parasites surviving a thorough cooking and it would have to be some sort of bacteria or rotten meat if i am thinking correctly. who cares though, i eat tacos from tijuana all the time and never get sick. they are supposed to be dog or cat and i know of a lot of people who get sick, but i must just have an iron stomach due to the fact that ill eat pretty much anything. if you get sick and die it was your time to go. if you just get seriously ill youll have to make the choice of ever eating fish again or not. i have never had any ill effects from fish ive ate from the aquarium, if one day i do ill maybe think twice before i do it again

wild fish (used in sushi) are exposed to alot more harmful hazards than if raised in a tank.

I would dissect that fish with the hopes of finding out what it died of! Nothing infuriates me more than the mysterious death of a seemingly healthy fish. Get that microscope down from the attic!
