Death of a "Monster"

I know most people wouldn't consider a goldfish a monster fish, but this thing was as big a goldfish I have ever had or seen. It was actually my daughters that was kept in a 15gal. It just up and died. There were no signs of anything wrong at all.

another thing i noticed it that the fish looks underfed and or underweight
