Oh someone traded me a damaged one. so I simply sent it back to Nintendo which is covered under warranty

Ah nice. Yea my xbox was out of warranty but since I got the red ring, they extended my warranty.

It was a 1st generation. 360 it died on us during guitar hero 3 heh

Mine is a 1st gen and has only crashed once. *knock on wood* I don't care if it breaks, I still believe the 360 is the leading console right now.
