Deathroll!

I finally got to see my little three inch sengal do a deathroll! My catfish had grabbed the frozen bloodworms before the cube had softened up much, and the sengal chased him down and deathrolled on the cube, while it was in the mouth of the catfish. Im gonna have to keep the camcorder handy next time I feed them and see if I can get a vid of it.

I love it when my bichirs deathroll. I've only caught my Lap do it once, but my sens do it quite often.


Getting it on video would be great. I can't, but I would.

Seeing a 3" sen deathroll should be pretty interesting to watch.

all bichirs are good hunter, specially senegals, I watched them chased feeders and cough them with a burst of speed; certainly have no problem swallowing them, others might chase they prey but may not show it when people are around; ornates ussually hunt at night while endlis always looks hunger, you never know till you noticed the food in their belly, can tell from its shape
