Used a combination of PVC cement and siliconed over it afterwards just in case. Fixed it, still have some bubbles. Now all I have is a drippy drain line. Used thread to slip connectors on the bulk head to be able to reuse them, this was a bad choice, even with tape and as tight as possible still drips, so I started siliconing the threads between, I will be cutting this crap if I ever have to move it.
