  • We are currently upgrading MFK. thanks! -neo
The argentea is looking good. How big is it now? Ever decide if it is male or female?

I always compare yours to mine as we got them around the same time and same size.

Mine is about 9" now, and I think it's male (I tried to vent it).

:grinyes: Quite bromantic if you ask me....
now THAT is sigworthy. thanks for the new line :D

Mine is about 8" and still have no clue. I am thinking male, because of the slight hump, and colors, but the slow growth and smallish size, makes me think female..Does yours go absolutely ape **** when you try to net it? Mine is not even worth netting out....I would be healing him up for weeks. He does NOT like the net at all...But he is fine with my hands...

great collection. how big/old are those terrors?

Terrors? The short ones? I have had them for a year, and they were this size when they came in. They can not compete with cichlids for food...That is why I put them and the short con in a tank alone. They are finally starting to color up again. Tongue33 has a huge SB GT...

I love the Blood Parrot Tank. It looks really nice. So do the rest of your fish.

Thanks..I am shocked that my Cincta is nice to so many smaller fish. He is a teddy bear ...

It wasn't too bad. I only (tried to) vent it as I was moving it and had to net it.

Yours does have a more rounded body and less trailers than mine. I'd try to post a photo for comparison, but my photos of the argentea are utter crap. Silver fish are hard to photograph.

i did not even realize they were short-bodied. i have several gts- they grow slow as well. good luck with feeding them. cant wait to see mature colors on them.

Nce colection you got there Spizz, love the rays the best though..:D
