Dynasty Marine out of Marathon, FL has them right now. A few other wholesalers will get them if you have enough pull.

How difficult would they be to keep?
 
They are a pain. Keeping water between upper 30's to mid 40's takes large chiller. Lighting can only be minimal. To ad to that, the worst part is getting them to eat. They are scavengers who won't just go up and grab food. You can imagine what happens to your water quality when you start leaving food in there to decompose for them.
 
Number 19 was hilarious, but sick at the same time. Poor gar; being plastered to the wall by a stingray. LOL.
