The winners already won and have their place in each month. I need picture for the month of December. More complaints, if you want to do a quick vote then go to MFK photo contest section. The purpose of the BOTM photos poll is to look at bichir pictures shared by different members. If you don't have time then move to the MFK Photo Sections.

I don't mean to complain, I just figured it would be easier for everyone (including yourself) if just the winners were included. And I wasn't saying that I didn't have time to vote (I did vote), I just don't think that most people have that much time.

You made a good point and I do agree on most of it. I just didn't want to exclude those that participated so I included those blurry photos. Beside the whole purpose of this is to enjoy looking at photos. This is not a photo critique contest like MFK POTM.

Cool thread. There is an awful lot of pictures, but it was kinda cool to look at so many bichir pictures in the same place. Even though there are so many, it probably took me less than 5 minutes to cruise through them all and choose my vote.

To those who complain about this, nothing is stopping you from taking the time to create a thread that you think would be better than this one.

Hello!

The opinions about these flood of pics are very different .... for me it works well. I love it to see so much bichirs captured on pics - regardless of the quality (there are many blurry pics).
It's a game, it's fun. Most members choosing a pic to vote will not elect the pic by its photographic or artistic quality than their personal favourite bichir - by the way the same situation as in POTM (yes, for me it seems that certain fish are preferred in choice) ....

The most important fact here: HAVE FUN!

I voted for the wrong pic... 59 instead of 57

This is overwhelming . . . Too many to choose from and very time consuming. Even if one is willing to dedicate this much time, you lose track of what you have looked at. By the time I get to number 60, I've lost track of the earlier pics that I looked at. trim it back to no more than 30. One would need a photographic memory in order to really judge this many photos.
