yep last week i went with sunset gold. and found out if i was going to use sand i should stay with the estes. the sunset gold sand was way too fine and stuck to the rays very bad. plus it floats up at the least disturbance as the estes would not. so last night i stayed up late and changed to peace river as it finally came in. they seem to like it no pink bellies plus no sand in the filters. they can bury themselves if they want to and it dosent seem sharp. so so far im happy with it. thanks pete.
and as far as tiled tanks go i have some really nice tile but i like the substrate right now but i might switch in the future.
