R1 is and will always be on my top 10 MFK list, I'm very sorry to have missed this even though I never met (for obvious reasons) him live.. Respect for what you did and who you are/were on this forum and everybody should take some of the attitude R1 had and this forum would be what led me here in the first place..

screw the rest, build a a tank that makes it rain when you change water..

I just saw this and sorry to hear that Joey passed .I knew him from way in the day when the many of this cool fish were becoming popular and he was instantly friendly like a like I knew him forever.He is one of the SoCal OG keepers .I was just wondering why I had not seen his cool posts or anything as of late when I read this it honestly made me get teary eye .
.I know god has made a big score though.

Wow! This was amazing to read for me. R1 will surely be missed and is home. I am astounded at the pouring of support and love for a fellow member and his family. It has given MFK a new meaning to me. This is a collection of FRIENDS as well as fellow hobbyists. I would love to shake each and every one of your hands. Simply amazing to me. Glad to be a member.
