If youre on a boat that you can cast from (private boat) and you find a school a 3-5wt is all you need. Should be pretty easy, we catch them on sabiki rigs down here but they arent very common down here.

eh if ur usin a weight to catch em not really sure why you'd bother using a fly set up, if you plan to surface fish for em then fly fishing sounds fun
