Eat salami before going boating. It will help with sea sickness. When on the boat, stay outside in the fresh air. Avoid breathing in motor fuel vapors, especially diesel.
^This, but I use straight drowsy (it doesn't make me all that tired). One before bed, one first thing in the morning, and one when you get on the boat. Take another after 3-4 hours on the boat. As long as you don't mix it with beer/alcohol you won't get too drowsy.
I thought beer was a requirement for being on a boat, much like PFDs!
Luckily I dont get sea sick, I dont think I could live if I couldnt down as many ice cold nattys while fishing on the Gulf on a 90* day.
