I happen to live within 5 minutes of the worlds largest herd of white WTD (not albino but they are completely white). Not only do I see tons of white deer fairly often but there are also deer that are both brown and white.

Yeah, I knew there were white deer but I didn't know if they were exactly albino. I've seen many trail camera pics of white deer and brown/white deer. They're very interesting.

In addition, Wisconsin's deer population is out of control.
According to the DNR.

"Wisconsin’s deer population is about 70 percent over goal. All these deer must eat and deer browsing can cause long term (perhaps permanent) changes to the variety of plant species in the forests. In a heavily grazed habitat, the tree, shrub and other plant species preferred by deer decline in abundance after years of heavy browsing. Altering the types of plants on the landscape will result in lower deer populations (and less hunting opportunity) in the future and could cause a decline of other species (birds, mammals, and reptiles) that depend on habitats that are no longer available as a result of heavy deer browsing."

Every Deer killed humanely (arguably, I'll admit) by hunting, is one less of the estimated 50,000 that will be struck by vehicles in Wisconsin alone this year.

We harvest deer around heer for their meat and it's tasty especially when you cook the roast in a crock pot for 12 hours or so with carrots potatoes MMmmmmm

yes sir. its kind of a standard recipe, but take a roast in the crock pot pour in a packet of onion soup mix and a packet of italian dressing mix, then after a few hours when its cooked shred the meat and serve it on buns, DELICIOUS! I add a little water at the beginning to keep it from getting dry too.

Please stop you're making me hungry!!! LOL...

Venison is without a doubt on of the best meats I have ever had. I love home made venison jerky.
