Defective Fahaka Puffer :(

Cute little Fahaka! Lol! Seriously though it's just that all fish are individuals and some will not necessarily fit in the norm and some will just take longer to warm up as you suggested yourself. Can I ask though do you plan on keeping him alone as he get's bigger? I'm just curious because I've never tried comm'ing a puffer as I was under the impression they don't comm. well. Meaning they snap any tankmates in half. I've kept puffers myself, Fahaka and Congo's but always kept them by themselves. I was always too worried about my other stock to risk it.

Tank mates are very much touch and go... As you said some will accept tank mates, others will not...

Mine seems to have a habit of. Ow chasing tank mates, but with lots of cover for the smaller tank mate its not too much of a worry...
