Deficiency help

Is the anubias planted in the substrate? Sorry can't tell from the pics. The holes in the Anubias though look like K deficiency, if you have fast growers in the tank it's common for plants like Anubias to develop basic deficiencies if you aren't dosing enough. Also reason I say K deficiency is because of the pin holes with yellow edges.

Also I don't think the last plant pictured is Anubias, looks like a species of sword plant, can't tell to good from pics exactly what but it looks like it was grown emersed so the old emersed growth is melting and is now growing submersed new leaves.

Last plant is not anubius I am unsure what it is exactly I forgot to write down the name. It has small 3"-4" leaves and sprouts one thin stalk vertically that then produces other plants along the stalk with long roots that suspend in the water. As for the anubius plants they are attached to wood and partially submerged into the substrate.
