Thats the guy that had the tank on there... and RTGs arent 30000... that price isnt bad... But thats a no no to post them up like that... I would stay far away from that guy
 
Probably not aware, or doesn't think he'll get caught. No biggie.
 
what do RTG sell for? thats just what i heard they sell for on the black market?
 
i say we go to his house and steal them, it gives his location. he wouldnt turn you in because he would probably get in more trouble than you would

You have the dumbest ideas. Just leave the poor guy selling his arow be. If he gets caught he gets caught.
 
BTW there are 30k arows, hell even 200k arows. But quality plays a big part in that. And you can get some for around 3k.
