Nice endli the small one looks like it will get nice bold pattern when grown up and the baby is 100% endlicheri, delhezis are grey and dont have stripes like that at all.

When I first got my delhezi around 4" he didn't do anything either. After about a week or two he got more active and started to accept food, now he's always out swimming and is constantly trying to mooch food.

Give him time and he'll be fine.

It's 100% an endli. You'll need a tank way bigger than a 40 gallon in a year or so.
