I have a rather large synodontis cat that i had to remove from my bichir tank because he was always attacking them, biting their fins and heads. I dont they they are a good combo. sorry to hear about yours.

Thanks. The weird thing is, he lived with my senegals for years without issue but now this little fish was worth attacking. Weird huh.
sometimes I really thinkit just comes down to a fish just doesn't like a fish, kinda like people. did you get them all at the same time in the beginning? sometimes adding a fish it gets looked at like an interloper.
The synodontis was one of the first fish I purchased in July 2016. Sens a year later (They passed in November) so obviously he isn't liking new bottom feeding fish.
