Del'z and their saddles

I've got a 4" del with weak saddles on it's rear part and I gonna pick up new 4" on monday. It's almost silverish with weak black saddles. It cost $56 but I gonna haggle it down to 42.

Q: Does the saddles appear more as the del'z mature or are they for life?

unfortunately, stripes do not develope with growth.

the stripes are seen when they are young. what i noticed when my delhezi's were getting bigger it changes and looks different. as if it has been stretched. but still beautiful for me.
