Depressed, should I give away my fish?

  • We are currently upgrading MFK. thanks! -neo
Give the fish away and get some that you really desire. Immerse yourself in the hobby and never compromise what you want to keep even if the next chick likes the hobby too. Two years is a long time but imagine if it went on and then was over after four? Your better off without someone like that and don't let anything about her hold you back from being who you are to the people that you matter too. I been there and got regrets but I also got a lot of things I am thankful for and learned from. Be wise and best of luck!

Thank you so much for the continued support. Whenever I feel really bad I come back to this thread and it makes me feel a little bit better.

The hardest part has to be thinking that ill never find a girl as amazing as her.

Anyone ever wanted to end their life over a boyfriend/girlfriend in their teens/young adult life? **** literally feels like the end of the world at the time. Just consumes you. You'll look back on this one day and laugh at it.

Ps, you won't feel any better til you regain your confident by getting somethin goin with the next girl

Right? I ****ing LOVE COUNTRY MUSIC!!!

LOL, probably a lot of lessons in country songs that could be applied to this topic. OP, you're gonna be fine. She's a real piece of "work" if she texted you that stuff about a new guy. She's obviously not someone who really cares about hurting you, and isn't worth your time. Keep your head up and move on.

Hope you are feeling better man, even though we are complete strangers, its good to know that we all can somewhat relate to whats going on with you. Alot of us have been there and we all have made it out stronger than before. Remember, even if you aren't ready to go the world is still moving, so its best to do yourself a favor and move on with it. Let it out, let her out, clear some space and make room for something new.
