Depth limit for stingrays?

With the tank being as tall as the one pictured it looks like there could be a lot of wasted space as a ray setup??? Especially if you will need to climb in and out of it just to keep it clean...

So i kinda agree with dr exum dr exum above, might be worth looking into a new setup with better dimensions for your needs, especially at that price???
 
Would make a cool african cichlid tank with rock on the back. Or awesome salt set up with real kelp and corals near the top.


Just saying.....

I was going to say making it into a reef tank would look really nice but being that large would be a super expensive venture...

I would say that that tank is not sufficient for rays. I would also do an reeftank with some nice fish instead

High light corals up top going down a "cliff" face to lower light corals to nps at the lowest level of your "comfort" to get to. May or may not be able to have some macros at the sand level. It would all depend on the lights you used.
