depth of substrate for clean water

that might be what ill do b/c i read that for proper bio filtration u need like 2-3" of substrate and gravel around me is kinda expensive and donst look natural at homedepot but yea screw the sand ill get the gravel thanks

NICE!!! yea ill just use that stuff lol .5 cubic per bag? so u filled up the 125 with 1.5 to 2 cubic feet of gravel and thats enough? niceeee thanks u proly saved me like 50 bucks
