It probably doesn't care what sized container its in, probably doesn't even have the capacity. They are supposed to be in round tanks so they don't get stuck.

as long as it handles there bioload I don't see a problem. Of course it will probably outgrow the tank, but these people are no where near the first people to sell a animal that gets to big for a tank
