Maybe swim blader. Not sure on how to cure this except I think you fast it for a few days and you can feed a crushed pea and it should work. My Betta had swim bladder and I just fasted it. Also, the water does look quite dirty. Try posting the the freshwater disease section.

thanks for the advice for where to post..

initally i though it was swim blader disease also, but i cant confirm it..

Are there any visual signs of cysts or inflammation in the belly area? Is the belly bulging out, and if so is it hard or soft? There's multiple types of diseases that fall under "swim bladder disease"

I would raise the water temp 3-5 degrees and try something like triple sulfa

You tank looks very dirty so a big water change might help. I think your problem is that the tank is too small and what you are seeing is the other Parrot bullying the other Parrot. With such a small tank, you will have territorial issues.

someone told him to post in the freshwater disease forum also..so now we got 2 criss crossing haha.

Looks to me like its hiding from the other parrot. Start cycling a bigger tank now and do a water change with a gravel siphon, that water looks YUCK! Hope to see this fixed soon.

Is that like a 5 gallon? I'd do at least a 20 gallon for the 3 of them and even then no guarantees. This makes me sad. I do hope this is fixed asap.
