Hi guys,

Im in need of desperate help now.

This is a blood parrot from a friend of mine. Now one of her blood parrot is floating upside down and park at one corner.

Can any one please enlightened me what is this disease and how to CURE IT ASAP!!

Cause my past FH also die due to this.

& It's been a week since like this, told by my friend.

okays, true the tank a bit dirty, but is there any thing i can do now besides changing the water?

Not really. You won't be able to get a fish healthy if it's in an unhealthy environment. And the environment is likely the cause of the problem.

You'll have to do water changes, possibly physically clean the tank to get poop out of the substrate etc, and make sure your filtration is robust enough. I mean your "friend's" filtration!

You tank looks very dirty so a big water change might help. I think your problem is that the tank is too small and what you are seeing is the other Parrot bullying the other Parrot. With such a small tank, you will have territorial issues.

As I mentioned in the other thread it just looks like its trying to hide. Do a water change with a gravel siphon and start cycling a bigger tank asap. That tank looks WAY too small for 4 parrots...

Do not medicate until your water quality issues are resolved and until you are 100% sure on the cause of the problem.

A bit dirty? The water is brown, dude. Changing some of the water and start on setting up a bigger tank is the best thing you can do for them right now. I doubt medication will even be required and using medication at this point will only cause problems. Keep us updated.

Agreed the water looks like tea. Do a very large water change and either get a larger tank or get rid of some fish. Please if nothing eles take care of the fish by providing a clean and suitable environment. That fish will be dead of stress in a few days if you don't do somthing NOW!
