Law Suit! Breach of implied warranty for a particular purpose. You should recover enough to fix the house, replace the livestock, and get a new set up.

Very scary, I've got a 180g on the second floor and there is some one below me as well, doesn't bare thinking about the damage it would cause.
Its always scary when you think about a tank cracking/leaking etc. I usually do some tests before filling tanks all the way. Sorry for your disaster.
Another bad news
It seems the WATER that leak from the tank makes it all the way across the room and down into basement
AND the best part is
my datnoid and catfish's tank is right UNDER that spot
It fill both of the tank all the way to the top
BUT luckily no casualty YET...
did some major water change and hope they will be ok
