wow I know my home owners insurance will cover any water damage if one of my tanks leak but not the tanks themselves.

this is horrbile. And your fish looked great. That's the worst thing. soory for the loss. hopw the house is ok and you can get your tank situation figured out.

The tank will get replace for free, but not sure about the home insurance part

We found out the problem (glass didn't crack)

3/4 cm across hole on the silicon
