They stocking their lake like how we stock with our lakes? Maybe they use Snakeheads while we use Trout.

Exactly, bu, here in the US we rarely stock fish any larger then fingerlings and during the day. Those fish look really big. It would be pretty expensive to house and feed such an inexpensive and frankly worthless (over there) fish to that size just to stock.

well i haf no explanation bout why stocking at nite... i'd juz pressume it's legal since it's local waters...

even releasing a tilapia into our waters is illegal.
i think they were stocking the pond.
if not,why would there be pics if they werent supposed to do it?

As I stated, the picture is showing a lake in Southern Thailand being stocked with giant chana. It's not illegal to release native fish back into the wild. Not much law regarding fish transfer but that's a different subject. It took place at night because they got there at night and for no other reason. They release several hundreds. The fish release are about 5-6". I can't find the original post but if you want to look around you can find it at www.siamfishing.com. The site will also showcase many lakes that has pima, rtc, alligator gar, red devil, peacock bass, etc... that's not native to Thailand that you can go fishing for.
