diatom filter

Anyone run diatom filters on their freshwater tanks? If so how often to you run It. Thanks

I have one that I have never taken out of the box.....I found that my water problem was caused by other factors...After I got it I read the health warning and I have a septic system and they couldn't tell me for sure that it wouldn't clog it up and a new one is $5000

I use for an hour or two anytime the water gets cloudy works perfect always recommend them non harmful to the fish and leaves the water crystal clear... on sewer no septic...

use it once a week and your water will be crystal clear
