BGK's if properly cared for can reach 12-16 inches in aquariums perhaps a bit bigger,in the wild, about 20 inches i believe..

There is no way you can keep neons or possibly cory cats in with a BGK. You need to choose one or the other.

Edit: I would also suggest not keeping discus with neons. Some people have success with this, but i didnt
