Yeah atleast down in south Florida. They have clown knife fish, arrowanas, red tailed cats and shovel noses tooReminds me of the Crappie fish i used to catch when i was a kid but these are red. Sucks they are invasive, I bet Florida has some monster cichlids from everywhere lurking in the local lakes,rivers,ponds.
This guy was caught while I was tarpon fishing in a brackish water lakeI catch tons in Stuart and Ft Pierce - have even seen them in heavy salt water
