Did I do the right thing? ****Load with Pictures****

Went in a LFS store yesterday they got nothing special in stock. So I asked the employee there when can they get some good fish in like big Aro, Dats, and other oddballs. They couldn't get any of those in for a while now, but he have mention that they got almost 24" Silver Aro outback where he's in a sump I was like WTF?? 24" Silver Aro in the sump for a good 6months or so. He was to big to put him in the tank out side, so they have to put him in the sump at the back room.

I really feel bad for the poor fish and ask them how much they want him for. Not mention any price but yes a LFS so it's very overprice. So I complain about him being in there for 6month, complain that he has drope eyes (he doesn't but LFS don't know about arowana), complain about he doesn't swim.

About an hour talking to the owner to lower the price down, I got him to where is reasonable price but it's still expensive.

So I toke the guy home and here he is.

NO Eyes drop, Perfect condition, very active and swiming all over the place. He's in 180g for now untill I find him a bigger home. 180g is better the a sump at LFS. Did I do the right thing?

Looks good, and yes you did the right thing by getting him out of the sump at the lfs... That's sad that he was just stuck in a sump..

man, u definitely did the rite thing by rescuing this big guy, but i must doubt that whether u did the rite thing by bring the 3rd aro into ur tank...i realli do hope for the best for u though, hopefully those 3 will live in harmony and be good friends. good luck man, o, and none the less, that combo rite there is just awesome!!!! keep us updated
