Now I'm abusing my 'power'. You're batting 1000. I didn't send the PM. I didn't censor or edit any posts. If I had, it wouldn't be 'pushing' any sort of 'power' on any member. It would be the normal administration of the site as specified to the staff by the site's owner. The staff are not 'fear mongers' but, may appear so to anyone posting any material they feel may be contradicting to the agreed-upon terms of service of this site.

When you bust into my threads constantly breaking my balls i feel the need to strongly defend ANY opinion i have against you STRONGLY, before you delete it. I feel personal messages are highly invasive. This thread was actually originally to find out if someone used the exploit i showed li about 6 months ago in conjunction with another exploit i left here a few days ago. Once i relized that I WANTED the thread to get locked, thats why I edited everything i had originally posted to [edit].
Some people don't seem to understand the difference between being a forum sponsor and running an ad in our inbox, but im not even going to start that battle.
As for it being just One msg, yeah i get it, its not that big of a deal, but considering we've had it once and hardly anyone seems to be bugged by it I can see this becoming a monthly thing, a weekly thing, a dayly thing.
MFK has lots of other operatively to generate revenue, the user base knows alot about the topics but its yet to be put to good use other then a giant echo chamber.
As for people ripping on my threads, I don't think anyone seems to get that regardless of page views, in the eyes of google, its revenu. Google ads doesn't care what the content is on the page it'll display relavant ads. This means off-topic threads generate revenue. I wont go deep into the math but since li has upgraded his account to have more space I assume he went to the unlimited bandwidth version which means every 1,000 views google pays out about 10-20 cents. That ads up. And, if Li asked me personally to stop posting I would.
You have to understand that is his site, but considering i've talked to him, and I KNOW hes seen a large portion of my threads I don't believe the subject manner of them bothers him.
I do apologize for the swearing, I still feel strongly against my inbox, and in turn my email being spammed when MFK isn't bleeding funds.
Im sure its become apparent that i feel TOO strongly about the subject and will now refuse to continue posting in this thread, if you wish to pm me thats fine, if not thats fine as well. I do enjoy mfk, but I'm not going to lose sleep over a pm in the end.
