Did my tank already start to cycle?

it just got some biodiversity growing. anywater with no chlorine will do that.
would i call it cycled no. but technically it is cycled since cycled there is enough enough bacteria to deal with the fish waste production or bioload, to remove ammonia and nitrites. so you do have enough bacteria to deal with your bioload of no fish.
 
a bioload of no fish= no ammonia which then = no BB due to lack of food. dont you also need some sort of water movement in order to get the BB going? without filtration or water movement i would say you got pretty much nothing but a swamp in the works
