wow ! impressive manzanita wood! i've always wanted these kinda wood, except theres no point in these in my tank, cuz i think with so many branches, it would be quite dangerous for big fish....... with that said, i think you should go with small fish.... make it planted 
add tetras like there is no tomorrow invest in a nice co2 system.... get ideas from ADA aquarium site, they have great planted aquariums pictures
