Did tetra forget how to build filters?

I use a Tetra EX 2400 and it's like having a running motor bike parked in the living room and that's with the new motorhead they sent me!!

It does a good job on the filtration side I just wish it wasn't so noisey! Tetra have great customer service, it's just a shame their products aren't as great.

I have one like it, and even if i concentrate i can't hear it, so i have to open the lid to my tank to make sure it's actually running :/

lol i think those whispers are like hit and miss, i have had and use like 10 of em. theres always a few good ones that pump it out great even with really low water levels, and are remotely quiet. then the rest are loud and dont work correctly a few days after changing both pads!

switch to canister or sump and dont look back
