Did you get rid of your bichirs? why??

one kept swmming into my overflow, i got tired of pulling it out of the sump. then sold the rest because i wanted rays
2 sens and 1 ornate... had the ornate since she was just 3" now she's almost 10".. sens had since they where 2" or so now about 7-9" My ornate must have heard me commenting on her shyness.. as I was seriosuly thinking of selling her until she suddnely decided to start cruising the tank during the day instead of always hideing.
I sold all my bichirs last year because I was too lazy to do water changes for a 3rd tank and decided to break it down. Plus, I had my bichirs in with a 7" jardini and he ate EVERYTHING. Even the food that was on the ground he would snatch up so quick. I could only feed them at lights out and you lose so much of the enjoyment of fishkeeping if you don't get to see them eat.
I recently decided to start a new bichirs only tank and I like it much better now. I have a lap, 2 dels, a SB albino sen, regular sen and weeksi right now.
