I think Liam is reffering to the way laws are in australia concerning firearms. Its true, you guys have more murders, mass murders what ever but which country has the biggest spree...Australia 35 killed in '96 (someone correct me if i'm wrong please). Because of this the laws were brought in heavy and since then its generally been fine. But then again, your population is 10 times larger though i'm not sure how that makes much of a difference. The australian government prohibits 50cal BMG, not 50cal.

Not sure if i really make much sense, just trying to justify Liam a bit.

Yes, I was going to post that America's fire arm laws should be more like Australia's, But I decided not too, I'm tied of this pointless bickering...
 
Would be interesting to try the Australian laws in America. But how many people are not going to hand in the semi-auto and auto's...Even if the government offers money rewards most won't hand them in like they did in aus.
 
I also don't comprehend how you guys think everyone over here has a "FULL AUTO" weapon. I don't know one single person who has one. Maybe 1 in 10,000 gun owners has one. All and all America is not Australia, get over it.

my buddy just got a full auto ak74U, its pretty bad ass, and perfect for murders;)
